THE STUDENT AGREEMENT BELOW MUST BE READ AND AGREED TO BEFORE CONTINUING
NFT PERFORMING ARTS ACADEMY STUDENT AGREEMENT - PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:

It is the student’s responsibility to maintain regular attendance and to abide by the rules and regulations of the NFT. NFT will not be responsible in any way to those who fail to attend their regularly scheduled sessions. No refunds will be issued due to absences or failure to attend programs. All instructors are professional working actors/directors and because of this, instructor/schedule changes may occur. By enrolling by mail the Student/Parent/Guardian states: “I am not allergic to cosmetics nor do I have any other condition which would limit my participation in the programs. I hereby assume all risk of allergic reaction to cosmetics and of injury and damage resulting from my training at the NFT, and I hereby release NFT of and from all claims resulting from any such allergic reaction and from any personal injury or damage which I may sustain as a result of my training.

I hereby authorize, in perpetuity, NFT and its assignees to use my photograph(s), video(s) and/or attributed testimonials in the ordinary promotion of the NFT. I also authorize non-commercial use of my photos, image, videos and testimonials as personal advertisement for the photographers’ and instructors’ professional services, including but not limited to Internet sites.” NFT will charge a $50.00 fee if a check, negotiable order of withdrawal, or share draft is returned for insufficient funds. If this debt is referred for collection to any 3rd party, not a salaried employee of NFT, NFT shall be entitled to collect all reasonable costs and expenses of collection, including, but not limited to, court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees if permitted by law.

You will only be contacted if there is a problem with the enrollment. You will not be email/mailed a confirmation of this registration, but will receive information via email a few days prior to the start of the class session.

1. All classes are located at Pheasant Run Resort unless otherwise specified.
2. Depending on resort activities, parking will be available but you may have to park farther away from the resort.
3. It is very important that all students attend all classes so they do not fall behind and can perform to the best of their ability.
4. Please notify your instructor if you are unable to attend class.
5. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks as long as they are secure. Snacks and meals may be purchased at the Terrace Cafe located in the resort.
6. Performing Arts Academy T-shirts can be purchased at www.cafepress.com/noblefool.
7. Students are expected to rehearse and memorized class materials at home.
8. No refunds will be issued for any reason unless the class is cancelled by NFT. Credit toward future classes will be given.
